V2X is growing! V2X is looking for a Program Administrator to join our team!

Modernization & Sustainment seeks a Program Administrator to support a large, diverse business with primary operations in Indianapolis. The Program Administrator will support the business leaders and program managers in M&S to organize and manage regular meetings, maintain critical business systems, and monitor and report on daily operations.

Administrative Management:



  • Maintain business development pursuits database, gathering regular inputs from required contributors.
  • Project material filing and updating, document quality control review, miscellaneous office support functions
  • Organize and manage several recurring business operations meetings
  • Manages taskings from internal and external stakeholders including tracking and assignment within the tasking system.
  • Analyzes incoming tasks for proper assignment and necessary response, assigns tasks in the internal SharePoint system, monitors task completion progress, edits and packages final responses, and archives completed tasks.
  • Ensures all appropriate stakeholders are aware of task assignments and timelines and tracks quarterly timeliness metrics.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of effective information management plans, processes, and systems.
  • Organizes, maintains, tracks, and files documentation. Maintains document version control and configuration management.
  • Maintenance of meeting minutes, agendas, action items, recurring reports
  • Data analysis to include quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis, operations activity reports


Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelors Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Driven professional with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Related administrative support experience
  • Professional-level technical writing skills
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Multi-tasking several priorities simultaneously, minding deadlines, and quality control


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Associate degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Experience in defense-related contracts and programs
  • Experience with analyzing data and writing reports
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Access
  • Experience in newsletter development and distribution
