We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Harrisburg, United States. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate actions
• Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and educating employees on available options
• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Conduct new employee orientations and coordinate training programs
• Assist with performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive work environment and company culture

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Understanding of HR best practices and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
