UMassFive College Federal Credit Union is looking for a full-time motivated professional to serve as the Facilities Coordinator. This incumbent will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of facilities management at all credit-union owned or leased locations. Serves as primary point of contact for all facility related vendors. Coordinate and manage the ongoing preventative maintenance and as-needed repair of all mechanical equipment for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), fire prevention/suppression, plumbing, lighting, electricity, building access, elevator operations, and other similar equipment as assigned. Establish and update routine maintenance schedule documents. Work with vendors to establish contracts to meet organizational needs and budget, communicating with leadership and various locations accordingly. This includes independent decision making, contract management and vendor relationship management to ensure the day-to-day maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements are completed timely and on budget. Works in conjunction with IT Team to support physical security and various systems such as telecommunications and alarms. In the event of a system failure, malfunction or emergency, the Facilities Coordinator will be contacted to identify or resolve the issue, using an outside vendor when needed. At times, this position will require response outside of normal business hours. Requires strong computer skills including all Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to appropriately track, coordinate and document facilities projects/maintenance. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, follow through and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in facilities, construction or project management considered helpful. Position: Full-time Exempt (40 hours per week). This position will require work outside of normal business hours.
