Overview
The Department of Neuroscience is a basic science department that focuses on cutting-edge research in the areas of stress, GABAergic inhibition, depression, and epilepsy. Dr. Yongjie Yang is supported by funding from the federal government and industry. The faculty within the department is also extensively involved with the Biomedical Graduate Science Program in Neuroscience as well as teaching within the medical school. What You'll Do Under close supervision of the Principal Investigator, the individual will conduct a variety of routine experiments following established procedures and protocols. What We're Looking For Basic Requirements: Knowledge and skills as typically acquired through Bachelor's degree in science Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and procedures Pay Range Minimum $20.10, Midpoint $23.90, Maximum $27.70 Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range. |
