*Description*
The main responsibility of the eComm Analyst position involves reading and reviewing financial representative and client correspondence/emails, and flagging those communications for additional review based on factors such as risk and company policies. The ability to read quickly and efficiently through high volumes, while maintaining quality standards and working autonomously, is critical to success in this role. *Skills* E-commerce, risk and compliance, client communication, data review, financial services, SharePoint, compliance, data entry, customer service *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience is required. Prior experience in the compliance field if possible is desirable. *Individuals must be proficient at reading for comprehension and be comfortable doing so in a high-volume environment while thinking critically, analyzing, and making decisions on email communications based on risk. *Strong organizational and analytical skills; must have a high level of attention to detail. *Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a professional environment to meet daily individual and team volumes, while also meeting high quality standards. *Strong experience and knowledge of platforms such as Outlook and SharePoint-with the ability to learn new software and programs. *Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills. *The ability to read and write in Spanish fluently is also an added benefit, although not required. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
