Description
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of processes and solutions relevant to this role. * Resolve customer issues through phone, email, or chat by identifying the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and expediting correction or resolution. * Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, and accurately document all customer interactions using Salesforce Cases. * Provide precise, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the appropriate processes and tools. * Achieve personal and team performance targets related to phone and case metrics. * Submit process or performance improvement suggestions to your Support Manager. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
