*Description*
* Take inbound to answer questions and work towards a solution (40-50) and make outbound calls when available (90-120+ calls a day) and use various collection strategies to collect on past due bills. * Answer customers questions regarding bill. * Show an effort to their clients that their making outreach to their leads. * Offer options on how to pay/negotiate payment in full or set up payment arrangements. * Will only contact customer 1 time to inform them on their balance. * Manage and review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and create a request for resolution. * Main system (Cubs - CRM) filing system- inputting customers information and make notes into the Cubs system. * Use Noble for receiving calls and dialing out. *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Nothing less than a year at each job or position * 1+ year of call center experience * Someone who performs well with upset customers face to face or over the phone * Some who is well spoken or professional over the phone * Basic computer (restarting a computer, using an internet browser, Microsoft Office, and typing) skills * Basic math skills * Ability to multi-task, strong listening skills, and proven reliability/punctuality in past positions required NICE TO HAVE * 1-2 years of recent collections experience or knowledge of state and local collection laws is preferred * 1+ years of Microsoft Office Exp. * Bilingual in Spanish (or Portuguese) Thank you for your consideration and please apply directly with an updated resume.
