*Description*
-Looking for someone with an understanding of organization, communication, customer service. -This role will maintain high levels of customer service. Interpersonal skills needed, as well as ability to collaborate. -Role will involve taking questions from business partners, viewing client data, helping with IT asset management systems, organizing and reviewing hardware inventories, looking up warranty statuses Other hardware, reviewing requests, submitting security requests for logins to website, working with BUs to assist advisors with questions and needs. All will be internal information. - -Training turnaround is 1 month. -Soft skills important here. Call Center or Customer Service experience a plus -Prefer someone with a 4-year degree or working toward/close to receiving a degree. -Call numbers will depend on the day, could be 15-30-some days will be busier than others. Info: The position is open because they are looking to backfill for letting the competitions person go. They are looking for a candidate to add to staff to assist with current workload and help SLAs. In this role, the candidate will work closely with Advisors requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills. Maintaining high levels of customer service by answering business partners calls/emails/requests. Tech aptitude is good but more about organization, communication and customer service. The technologies that are utilized in this role are - ServiceNow, Azure, O365, Active Directory, MFA, Windows, Office 365, VPN, VDI and Citrix Desktop Director. PureCloud is used for taking calls. ServiceNow Active Directory passwords Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI) Virtual Private Network (VPN)/ Zscaler and Pulse Secure Azure Office 365, including SharePoint, Teams Hardware support for laptops, desktops Walk up support and meeting room when in that rotation. a. Must Haves i. Relevant internship or professional experience in an IT customer service, IT support or IT troubleshooting role or related experience - Basic planning/organizational, time management, decision-making, and superb written/verbal communication skills * Must be able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality * Possess strong problem-solving and big-picture/conceptual skills * Must be able to work with people at all levels and demonstrate the ability to understand and embrace change. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
