We are seeking compassionate and tech-savvy healthcare customer service representatives to join our team! The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, excellent French/English communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
*Job Responsibilities:* Member Success: Provide support to active and prospective members of an online mental health therapy platform by responding to email inquiries about the platform and services. Assist members with refund, financial aid and subscription based questions as well as password resets and how to setup memberships. Therapist Success: Respond to e-mails from therapists to answer questions regarding navigation of the platform, provide scheduling support, answer account based questions, etc. Conduct proactive outreach and maintain productive communications with therapists to get feedback, improve satisfaction, and prevent churn. Collect and funnel users' feedback, issues and requests to the proper channels. *Qualifications:* - 1+ years of customer service experience via phone and email (healthcare or insurance verification experience preferred) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly empathetic with a passion for helping others. - Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and navigate various systems confidently and effectively. - Must be bilingual in French (France) and English *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
