JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The HR Technology Solutions and Analytics office within Penn State IT is seeking a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to provide support for Workday, a cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll system, and Neocase, a case management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and problem resolution for the Core HR product line, executing testing and quality assurance validation, supporting system maintenance, and providing configuration support. Additional Information: The location of this position is fully remote within the United States. Standard working hours are in the Eastern time zone. The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is: $56,200.00 - $81,500.00Salary Structure - additional information on Penn State's job and salary structure.
