Meet the Team

Commerce Experiences is a team that is at the forefront of driving change to our internal ordering systems. We are actively reimaging how we simplify ordering and prospecting into one motion at scale across the board. Our commerce tools are heavily used by our partners on the day to day and require a strong connection point to voice of the field to drive the business.

Your Impact

As a Partner Enablement Analyst for Cisco, you will manage the flow of communication through the Cisco Partner Ecosystem as we improve our commerce experience. Your role is critical to bringing structure to our partner engagements across product management. You will map product management and IT teams to various partners based on partner maturity in adopting our capabilities. You will develop a partner engagement roadmap across different listening channels that lead up to various Cisco events. You will also ensure that partner use cases are identified up front by product managers who are who are working on features and that we are clear on which partners we are co-designing processes with. You will prioritize the AI use cases that partners are looking for Cisco to solve through our ordering processes and facilitate workshops with product management to create an actionable roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in business operations, communications, marketing, analytics or related fields

Experience managing customer and partner interactions and escalations.

Experience with PowerPoint, Excel (analytics), and MS Office.
