Certified Phlebotomy Technician - Simms/Mann Clinic

Join our Venice Family Clinic team and use your expertise to make a difference in the community as aCertified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT-1). Under the guidance and supervision of the Laboratory Supervisor, the CPT will assist in the day-to-day operations and:

• Perform phlebotomy on patients in an outpatient setting.
• Calibrate POC instruments such as glucometers, hemoglobin analyzers, Urinalysis, etc.
• Process hematocrits, Rua's, card pregnancy tests, etc.
• Maintain logs for tests requested and received-process specimens for other sites.
• Maintain laboratory supplies at an appropriate level.
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Travel to other Venice Family Clinic Locations within LA County as needed for coverage.

Salary Range: $25.62 - $31.86
