POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Conduct analysis of customer data to solve business problems and deliver operational and customer benefits. 2. Follow the standard operating procedures and processes to ensure audit and governance compliance 3. Conduct research to identify and correct root cause opportunities related to customer pricing not being applied on shipments, customer hierarchy updates, rating, billing and shipping process errors. 4. Provide pricing agreement interpretation based on the customer's pricing agreement language. 5. Liaison with other functions to resolve pricing and customer hierarchy's issues, Account Set Up and Pricing agreement discrepancies among other things. 6. Research and determine the need for new account creation or account cleanup/ maintenance 7. Participate in projects / processes, working independently with general supervision. 8. Provide education for the Vendor team as needed and answer questions to clarify the No Discount process. 9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures 10.
