The HR Reporting Analyst at a professional level analyses HR data to offer insights and recommendations for strategic HR decision-making. They collaborate with HR leaders to develop and maintain reporting processes and tools, enhancing data accuracy and integrity. What will you do in this role?
Requirements Have a good understanding of HR data analysis and reporting methodologies Possess a background in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field Have some experience in collaborating with HR leaders to understand reporting requirements Be proficient in using HR information systems and reporting tools Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools Be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity Have the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders Possess advanced skills in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role. Expertise Has a good knowledge of the organization's existing systems and the ability to handle most standard issues independently. Possesses proficiency in their professional field that has been obtained through substantial additional schooling and/or experience. Requires a general understanding of the business unit's products and services. Relationship Management Works closely with internal customers and business partners to identify an issue and apply a solution. Complexity/Strategic Impact Works on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of situations or data require a review of a variety of factors. Generally does not require devising new solutions, but may make recommendations for process improvements. Planning time horizon is several months - typically the length of a project. Autonomy/Authority Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Work in progress is reviewed routinely. Role Factors: In this role, you will typically be required to: Be in the office 3 days per week What we offer: [US]: For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of 95K to 110K (GA). Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location. In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance.
