How does this role contribute to our collective success?

The HR Reporting Analyst at a professional level analyses HR data to offer insights and recommendations for strategic HR decision-making. They collaborate with HR leaders to develop and maintain reporting processes and tools, enhancing data accuracy and integrity.

What will you do in this role?

• Develop, configure, and maintain custom reports, dashboards and Discovery Boards within Workday.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting by performing regular audits.

• Assist in the design and implementation of Workday reporting best practices and standards.

• Provide end-user training and support for reporting tools and dashboards.

• Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements to leverage new reporting capabilities.

• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new reporting features.

• Document reporting processes and maintain a repository of report specifications for future reference.

Requirements

Have a good understanding of HR data analysis and reporting methodologies

Possess a background in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

Have some experience in collaborating with HR leaders to understand reporting requirements

Be proficient in using HR information systems and reporting tools

Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools

Be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity

Have the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders

Possess advanced skills in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization

About You:

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, with a strong focus on Workday

• reporting.

• Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools including calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics. Workday Pro certification in Reporting highly desired.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data

• insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet

• Deadlines.

Expertise

Has a good knowledge of the organization's existing systems and the ability to handle most standard issues independently. Possesses proficiency in their professional field that has been obtained through substantial additional schooling and/or experience. Requires a general understanding of the business unit's products and services.

Works closely with internal customers and business partners to identify an issue and apply a solution.

Works on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of situations or data require a review of a variety of factors. For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of 95K to 110K (GA). Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location.
