TEKsystems is looking to hire a Bilingual Credit/Collections Services Representative to work with one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest. If you have experience making collections/outbound phone calls and are looking to get your foot in the door at an excellent company - apply today! * Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hour * Shift: M-F 10:00am-7:00pm OR 12:00pm-9:00pm * Remote position AFTER training * Office is located in downtown Akron Job Duties: * Contact delinquent borrowers by telephone or mail to collect past due payments or to make alternative payment arrangements. * Establishes and maintains files relating to collection activities. Uses basic, skip tracking to locate delinquent customers. * Recommends action for management decisions in dealing with repossessions, bankruptcy, and/or foreclosure. * Arranges for appropriate bank and/or legal action on account analysis as directed by manager. * Handle phone calls with both Spanish and English speaking customers. Qualifications: * Bilingual in Spanish and English * 2+ years of Collections or a role making outbound phone calls * Experience using an auto-dialer is a plus * Sympathetic demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
