Job Description -Reviewing contracts-looking at terminology and being sure the terms say what needs to be said to go to an online repository -Knowing the breadcrumbs of the contract, requires analysis -Legal backgrd is useful for how contracts relate to each other and overall analysis -Not seeking paralegals necessarily, but people who are used to contracts and document review -Commercial banking documents -Docs can be 200+ pages -They will be trained on what to look for but previous experience is nice -Analysis is most important, this is analysis of the contract and how things fit together -Enthusiasm in examples and personal drive to succeed -Having ADA experience is nice to have, could be cross trained here as well Skills contract analysis, legal document, paralegal skills, legal review and analysis, contract review, J.D. Additional Skills & Qualifications Will look for legal background/ JD, not black and white, background of not looking at contract info but understand the complexity of the contract and read the language. It's not just looking at a term and making sure it's compliance. Good with recent JD (plus). Continuing to push ahead with LIBOR and new use cases. lots of business line are using them to look at contract language. Took on QFS work from California that is moving to their team. - going through all contracts as it goes forward. Most people have a law degree/J.D. but some who moved to the group came from customer complaints. He wants local candidates because they want them in the office. They are currently Hybrid - 3 days in office Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.13 - $35.32/hr.
