Do you have at least 3 years of experience as a positive and impactful facilitator? Do you love helping people connect with what matters most to them? As a Spectrum Store facilitator, you will be part of a dynamic team that trains all of our new hire employees on how to build trust and effectively connect with all of our customers in order to understand how to provide them with the best Spectrum products and services that meet their needs. If developing and inspiring every individual employees' ability to become the best ambassador of the Spectrum experience sounds like an interesting pursuit for you, then the Stores Facilitator II position at Spectrum may be right for you. You can foster discussion, lead activities, and encourage learners to dive deeper into topics.
