Position Summary

We are looking for a marketing professional who will be a tactical, execution expert for customer-first, integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives. As part of our marketing delivery and operations team, you will drive marketing execution in your assigned area. You will develop, implement, assess, report and communicate on high performing, data-driven integrated marketing tactics and campaigns. Within this team, you will be the execution expert for your assigned areas, working hand-in-hand with other experts on the team. You will also collaborate closely with our creative team, our client marketing team and our marketing strategy team to ensure on-time, on-strategy, highest quality delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives. As the execution expert, you will help bring plans and ideas to life. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for delivery of tactics on-time, on quality and on strategy within assigned area(s)
  • Collaborate with the client marketing, marketing strategy and creative services teams to execute marketing campaigns and tactics.
  • Be the "go-to" expert in in your assigned area(s) including process, tool and technologies related to assigned area(s.) Help on-board new team members to learn assigned areas, including being a resource and guide for support.
  • Submit creative requests for projects via a digital workflow tool to the creative team.
  • Provide edits to completed designs as needed.
  • Provide copy development support to the creative team for marketing materials.
  • Work within the marketing project management system to keep work on track and all stakeholders up to date and informed.
  • Manage workflow, review cycles and approvals of marketing materials from multiple internal and external parties.

  • Implement, update and manage assigned tactics, including content creation, basic template design/updates, call-to-action, landing page form/development, workflow automation, A/B testing and metrics reporting. Collaborate with creative team as needed.
  • Create strong cross-functional relationships with marketing and other peers to foster shared learning and leverage best practices.
  • Serve as point and support to internal customers and lead communications and management for tactics.
  • Mentor other team members in your areas of expertise.
  • Work with team to identify and implement better, faster, smarter and higher quality ways of executing with assigned areas and channels.
  • Contribute to a positive, creative, fast-paced and innovative marketing team environment.

  • Experience with developing strategy and execution of email marketing.

    * Accountable for set up and delivery of email specific tactics on-time, on quality, on budget and on strategy across email platforms including but not limited to Brevo, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Litmus.

    * HTML and CSS experience preferred.

    * Experience in providing feedback on monthly, quarterly and/or annual spend across email platforms, content planning, and content calendars for multiple clients in line with overall marketing plans.

    * Ability to request, set up, manage, review and schedule email tactics and campaigns across multiple clients in our marketing workflow tool

    * Be up to date on industry trends and proactively define and propose new opportunities and strategies/insights to enhance current marketing plans.

    * Form relationships with vendor reps and negotiate savings and ad opportunities across portfolio.



Position Requirements

Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years related experience in marketing, communications or related fields.


Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities




  • Must be able to handle a wide variety of work and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to raise issues and lead project management of tactical elements of integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems.
  • Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Paid search, SEO, social media and email marketing tactical experience desired.
  • A working knowledge of marketing software such as Hubspot, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc. is required. Certifications a plus and will be expected upon hire.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.

Licenses & Certifications



  • Valid driver's license
  • Certifications in marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics strongly preferred
