For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Job Summary Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Partner with local management team to ensure clear understanding of financial results and goals and lead action planning when necessary Complete daily sales reporting and ensure settlement and balancing of credit card transactions Complete weekly financial forecast for the next 90 days Manage monthly financial close of the general ledger including but not limited to revenue reporting, journal entries and accruals Complete monthly financial packet per our contractual agreement including processing of wire payments Work closely with partner finance team where applicable Manage Accounts Receivable process including but not limited to processing payments/refunds, applying payments and processing invoice adjustments Manage the annual budget process Ensure accuracy and collection of sales tax on all sales Ensure appropriate retention and management of documents Support any annual external audit needs Ad hoc analysis as needed Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably in Accounting or Finance) Two years Accounting Experience Proficient knowledge of MS Excel Able to effectively communicate with all levels of associates Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment Detail oriented team player with initiative. Working knowledge of SAP financial and/or Access Previous Account Reconciliation software experience Apply to Levy today!
