Overview Abacus Technology is seeking a Network Administrator to manage and maintain the Joint Training and Experimentation Network (JTEN) infrastructure at Fort Bragg. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities
Establish and maintain connectivity for the Joint Training and Experimentation Network (JTEN).
Qualifications 3+ years experience in a network administration and management in a multi-platform enterprise environment. Bachelor's degree in a related field desired. Must be Security+ certified (or hold an equivalent certification in compliance with IAT Level II). Must hold a Cisco certification (e.g. CCNA) or be able to obtain within six months of start date. Experience leading teams in network hardware/software installation and LAN/WAN operations. Proficient in network troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and cybersecurity best practices. Familiar with network security enforcement, compliance, and DoD cybersecurity policies. Able to support users through training and operational guidance on network usage and troubleshooting. Experience with DoD IT environments and network security tools such as ACAS, HBSS, and DISA STIG compliance. Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper network devices in a large-scale enterprise setting. Extensive knowledge of multi-protocol network communications, hardware/software integration, and network management tools. Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to variable workload and job duties. Able to interact professionally with all levels of an organization. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
