Global Compliance
Our division prevents, detects and mitigates compliance, regulatory and reputational risk across the firm and helps to strengthen the firm's culture of compliance. Compliance accomplishes these through the firm's enterprise-wide compliance risk management program. As an independent control function and part of the firm's second line of defense, Compliance assesses the firm's compliance, regulatory and reputational risk; monitors for compliance with new or amended laws, rules and regulations; designs and implements controls, policies, procedures and training; conducts independent testing; investigates, surveils and monitors for compliance risks and breaches; and leads the firm's responses to regulatory examinations, audits and inquiries. You'll be part of a team with members from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds, such as law, accounting, sales, and trading. We look for those who possess sound judgment, curiosity, and are able to adapt to a changing regulatory landscape.
Core Compliance
We are looking for an initiative-taking and experienced leader with excellent project management, organizational and communication skills to join the Core Compliance team in the Compliance Learning space. The role requires innovative thinking and strong people skills as you will be interfacing with key stakeholders both within the division and throughout the firm. The role will also require extensive interaction with various Compliance teams, Engineering, Legal, Human Capital Management, Executive Office and other areas across the firm.

Job responsibilities:



  • Lead a change management initiative with content experts and senior leaders to uplift mandatory training with a consistent style, structure and user experience.
  • Partner with senior leaders and relevant stakeholders to create, launch and track trainings aligned to business priorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Be data-obsessed and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and analytics.
  • Communicate key progress and opportunities for enhancements to stakeholders in commercial terms.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes for improve operating efficiency.
  • Manage the team's vendor relationships and explore enhancements to vendor tools and capabilities.
  • Design sessions to support employees further technical and leadership skills, as well as during key transitions, e.g. new role, promotion.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth mindset for the Compliance division globally, where skill progressions are top of mind for the organization.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, talent development, change management or consulting.
  • Ability to lead complex projects in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies preferred.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Services preferred.
