Consumer Processing Manager

Prepare, analyze, process, and document all required forms and related documentation for consumer loan products. Work closely with consumer loan borrowers from start to origination to closing.

Request and review all required information and documentation to secure a loan.
• Assist customers in, disclosures and gathering supporting documentation.
• Obtain and evaluate credit reports.
• Calculate debt-to-income ratios on consumer loan applicants.
• Determine collateral needs and payment plans for customers applying for routine loans.
• Notify applicant of loan decision. Correspond with applicants, and creditors to resolve questions regarding application information.
• Inform prospective borrowers of loan commitment, collect conditions and work closely with underwriting.
• Preparation of closing documents and provide scheduling support via Branch staff.

• HS diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Three to five years related experience or equivalent; specific experience in both processing and closing loans in the consumer mortgage business preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite required.
• Encompass experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
