What you'll be doing:

Support Operations:

  • Help the Chief Operating Officer with scheduling, meeting notes, meeting follow up, and tracking action items as well as other general administration tasks
  • Contribute to the agency culture that makes Jack a great place to work

Support Talent Acquisition:

  • Provide the Talent Acquisition team administrative support by interacting with a variety of stakeholders (internal and external) to schedule interviews through our applicant tracking system and via phone calls, updating our interview tracking document, publishing job openings, checking references, and improving recruitment operations and processes (including leveraging AI) to elevate hiring team and candidate experiences
  • Support our efforts around Accessibility and Inclusion with research, administration and follow up on key HR projects

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might also help if you...

  • Recent grad or grad student with a strong interest in learning the behind-the-scenes operations that support our agency
  • Highly proactive with the ability to think several steps ahead
  • Technically savvy and able to quickly master different software programs, systems, and shortcuts

  • Organized and detail-oriented: you leave nothing to chance
  • Creative problem solver: you're able to change course at the drop of a hat
  • Cool under pressure, prepared for every possible situation that might pop up
  • Passionate, Agile, Respectful, and Brave!
