Job Summary: Revance is a skin health company focused on innovative aesthetic and therapeutic offerings setting a new standard. This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of commercial operations professionals, developing processes and commercial operations infrastructure and capabilities, establishing organizational success metrics, and developing and achieving strategic priorities. This role is responsible for facilitating the process, tools, and sustained methodologies to enhance the productivity of the aesthetic sales organization. The Vice President, Sales Operations and Analytics serves as a "strategic business partner" with the Leadership Team and stakeholders, navigates seamlessly between tactical issues and the longer-term strategic initiatives, while engaging the respective constituencies.
