Overview
Supervisor of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources - Monday to Friday day shift hours, but may be required to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. - 80 hours / 2 weeks The Supervisor of Talent Aquisition will be a hands-on, dynamic individual who is instrumental in overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, managing a team of talent acquisition professionals and ensuring the organization attracts top-tier talent to meet strategic goals. Responsibilities
- Directly supervisors the Talent Aquisition Partners and Talent Aquisition Specialists. Supervisory responsibilities are conducted in accordance wih directives of management, the organization's policies, and applicable laws.
- Understands and implements regulatory practices in a complex health care system, while attracting top-tier talent for an integrated healthcare system.
- Develops and implements effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire high-caliber candidates.
- Actively participates in recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, leading on-site job fairs or new location openings, creating hiring events, working with local schools and internal educators to create a constant pipeline of new grads and experience.
- Motivates, coaches and develops a team of talent professionals ensuring performance metrics and hiring goals are met.
- Collaborate and partner with hiring managers and department leadership to understand workforce needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process; establish effective recruiting strategies to assist with making significant impacts on operational targets within the job areas.
- Enhance the organization's employer band by driving social media campaigns, attending promotional activities (job fairs, school events, community events) and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Partners with HRBPs to understand the needs of the business.
- Works closely with the HRBP and Talent Acquisition team oversee entire recruiting lifecycle with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience
- Scheduling & conducting phone screens
- Maintaining knowledge of current human resources trends, state & federal regulations, and company policies
- Provides support to management and brings concerns regarding team or individual performance to leadership in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Other duties as assigned.

Level of Supervision Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; employee adherence to annual education and certification requirements.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; major specializing in human resources preferred
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, including hands-on recruitment and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment software (e.g. ATS systems), and sourcing tools).
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
Certification/Licensure
Certification in one of the following is preferred:
- SHRM Certified Professionals (SHRM-CP)
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute (HRCI)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute (HRCI)
- Certified Healthcare Human Resources (CHHR)
- Certified Recruiter Lean Human Capital
Special Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently required to sit, handle, finger, feel, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds and up to 25 pounds frequently. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
