The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Digital Experience Analyst to help us deliver an intuitive, and impactful customer support website experience. This is a unique hybrid role perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data analytics, web user experience, and emerging AI technologies.

You'll be responsible for analyzing customer experience data, maintaining website content, collaborating on UI improvements, and growing into an emerging AI role. This job is ideal for someone who wants to expand their skillset across multiple disciplines while making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Insights (40% of role)



  • Analyze customer behavior patterns using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio to track key metrics
  • Monitor customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and identify improvement opportunities
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for websites and AI feature enhancements


Website Experience & UI Collaboration (35% of role)



  • Partner with development teams on website UI/UX improvements
  • Manage and prioritize development tickets for customer support pages
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for web updates
  • Ensure product support pages updated are optimized for user self-service
  • Apply UX principles to improve customer journey and information accessibility


AI Features & Innovation (25% of role - with growth potential)



  • Optimize AI chatbot prompts and responses to improve customer interactions
  • Collaborate on AI-powered support tool implementations and improvements
  • Stay current with AI/ML trends in customer support and recommend new features
  • Work with stakeholders to define AI feature requirements and success metrics


Project Coordination



  • Lead cross-functional digital experience initiatives
  • Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships for digital support tools


Qualifications / Education / Experience:



  • 2-5 years of experience combining at least two of these areas:


    • Data analysis and reporting
    • Web development or UI/UX projects
    • Customer experience or digital product management


  • Technical Skills:


    • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)
    • Experience building dashboards (Looker Studio, similar platforms)
    • Understanding of web development processes and basic HTML/CSS concepts
    • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation


  • Soft Skills:


    • Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail



Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis
  • Previous exposure to AI/ML tools or chatbot platforms
  • Experience with conversion optimization
  • Knowledge of customer support processes and tools

Recruiting Range
$53,000 - $63,000 USD
