*Job Title: Office Support and Facility Coordinator* *Work Environment* Work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The position requires 100% onsite presence in their downtown office. It is accessible by public transportation.
Job Description This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and organization of the office environment by maintaining refreshment areas, managing deliveries, and supporting various office functions. The coordinator plays a key role in facilitating office supplies, mail, and special project logistics. Responsibilities * Stock refreshment areas with food and paper materials and service coffee machines twice daily. * Maintain and replenish supplies in the Boardroom kitchen as needed. * Restock copy areas with paper once a day. * Conduct daily mail pickups. * Act as the main point of contact for all deliveries, including food orders, FedEx, and onsite vendors. * Coordinate supply orders for the office, including office supplies, stationery, and coffee. * Handle specialty printing and high-volume copy jobs as requested. * Serve as the primary contact for all mail and delivery services. * Provide backup coordination for record retention tasks with Iron Mountain. * Assist with special projects for departments, such as large mailings, special event coordination, and mass package shipping. Qualifications: * At least one year of recent experience in mailroom and/or facilities management. * High School diploma required; undergraduate degree is a plus. * Proficiency in MS Office products. * Experience with FedEx Ship Manager. * Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. * Strong customer service orientation. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience with ServiceNow is a plus. * Office manager experience is beneficial. * Event coordination experience is desirable. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
