Their expertise in fleet and facility technology helps businesses maximize their ROI through efficient technology management. *Position: *Account Executive Location: Riverside, Missouri (On-site) Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 base, with uncapped commission potential *Responsibilities:* * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, bringing in new clients. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. * Monitor and forecast sales performance, ensuring goals are met. * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and offering solutions. * Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with internal teams. * Negotiate agreements and close customer contracts. *Qualifications:* * 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in Enterprise Fleet, construction, or rental/commercial equipment sales. * Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel. * Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Strong consultative selling skills and strategic prospecting abilities. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. *Why Join Us?* * Flexible schedule with the option to work from home. * Autonomy to create your workday. * Opportunity to work in a growing company with a 24% growth rate in 2024. * Competitive compensation package with uncapped commission potential. *Application Process*: Interested candidates should apply with their resume that highlights their relevant experience. Will send out benefits package Base- $60k to $100k Cmsn- $75k to $1M. We don't cap cmsn and have had sellers exceed $1M Total Comp- year 1 $150-$250k. Year 2+ $250k+ Year one - non recoverable draw - Base Salary ( and targeted income, commission, get paid that weekly from draw ( commission every Friday) - you get for your first year Year end bonuses are paid out in March the following year.
