Logistics Coordinator

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our New Braunfels, TX team.

This position reports to the Transportation Manager. This role is on-site 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate & Schedule all day-to-day Operations.
  • Field all inbound scheduling requests from Sales, Technical Services, and Customers.
  • Coordinate the Fleet Maintenance schedule.
  • Coordinate third party transportation and disposal facility in slots.
  • Maintain all truck related databases and corresponding paperwork.
  • Drive efficient utilization of resources through gaining in depth understanding of internal operations and client contracts.
  • Work with Service Managers to ensure all client accounts are staffed properly.
  • Communicate all changes in service to Account Managers and the Technical Services team.


Basic Requirements:



  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years Logistics & Scheduling experiences
  • Environmental Services experiences a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to build positive internal and external relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation
  • Ability to work overtime on a regular basis
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday)
