Recruitment Marketing Coordinator (Seasonal)

This is a temporary, seasonal role running from May 2025 through October 2025.

We're seeking a creative and results-oriented Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to support our efforts in engaging top talent and strengthening our employer brand. In this dual-focused role, you'll blend recruitment marketing with sourcing strategy-helping to drive impactful campaigns while proactively building candidate pipelines across a variety of roles. You'll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to showcase the Avis Budget Group story and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first impression to final interview.

What You'll Do:

• Support recruitment campaigns to promote key hiring initiatives including corporate, field, and high-volume roles.
• Solve complex challenges and identify new opportunities using a combination of analytical rigor, business acumen, strategic thinking, cross functional partnership and project management skills
• Challenge existing processes with creative thinking and new technologies to drive innovation and implement more streamlined, efficient approaches
• Assist in writing and optimizing job descriptions and career content to align with our brand voice and values.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure employer branding is consistent across touchpoints.
• Support special projects as needed to meet evolving business needs and priorities.
• Build and manage pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and high-volume roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in recruitment marketing, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills and social media savvy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for employer branding, inclusive hiring, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday a plus).
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express) and knowledge of SEO/SEM preferred.

This position will remain open until Friday May 2nd, with a pay range of $20-$25 per hour based on experience.
