We take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-built pieces and exceptional craftsmanship for our clients. Position Overview We are seeking a Cabinetry Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in cabinetry, millwork, or finish carpentry. This role involves shop production work, on-site project work, and assisting with all phases of cabinet making, including milling materials, assembly, sanding, finishing, and installation support. Key Responsibilities Operate saws and woodworking machinery safely and accurately Mill raw materials to specification, including cutting, shaping, and prepping lumber and sheet goods Sand and prepare components for assembly and finishing Assist with shop organization, inventory, and material handling Read and interpret blueprints and project plans Support demolition work at client sites as needed Assist with delivery and installation of finished cabinetry Lift materials and equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in cabinetry, millwork, or finish carpentry Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications Comfortable operating woodworking tools and machinery Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required Why Join Us?
