Overview

The Global HR Operations Manager is a multi-dimensional role responsible for, implementation and maintenance of Company's Human Resources Information Technology systems as well as effective and efficient process in order to control the flow and integrity of data. This position will work with HR and business functions to support data analytics and reporting related to compliance, business initiatives, and identification of trends or potential areas of improvement. Ensures and improves the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. Ensures compliance with local rules and regulations and is responsible for maintaining employee records.


Responsibilities


    Oversees the operation of the HR infrastructure and HCM system. Ensures high level of customer satisfaction to users of HCM system.

  • Manage the evaluation, data and process preparation, and implementation of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system/modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR strategies.
  • Along with the HR Operations team, provide front-line support to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to HCM transactions, tasks and employee set-up in accordance with established KPIs
  • Manage centralized support of processes related to the management of employee/employee data in order to support the broader HR organization (i.e. onboarding, offboarding, I9 verification/reverification, and other related processes)
  • Develops, creates and maintains dashboards, metrics, and other reporting aligned with key organizational performance metrics. Ensures accurate and timely data analysis
  • Manage record retention and storage processes
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements for queries/reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, security and completeness
  • Partners with leadership for onboarding and training delivery associated with new or updated processes
  • Identify and escalate opportunities to improve and align existing processes
  • Manage vendors performance and relationships for all related processes and systems
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards


Qualifications

Education
* Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Information Technology, or related discipline. (Required)

Experience
* 5+ years Progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS Administration, and Data Analytics/Reporting (Required) and

* 3+ years Administering and participating in implementation or changes in top-tier HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud, UKG, or similar (Required) and

* 3+ years Managing a team of 2 or more direct reports (Required) and

* 1+ years Global HR Operations/Systems administration/Data Analytics (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite High

* Intermediate to advanced excel skills High

* Strong organization skills. High

* Strong acumen with systems, data, and reporting. High

* Demonstrated experience using analytics to create insights and drive decision making. High

* Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form. High

* Attention to detail and the ability to roll up your sleeves High

* Ability to gather requirements and translate to system capabilities or process flows High

* Ability to understand data management and organization in order to effectively serve all users High
