Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a AFRC Air Emissions Management Program Specialist (3511) in Edwards, CA. The Air Emissions Management Program Specialist will manage all aspects of the air emissions program, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations at the NASA Armstroung Flight Research Center (AFRC). This role involves preparing permit applications, conducting visible emissions observations, and providing training on air quality compliance. Responsibilities:
