JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant - CLO DEPT: Legal/Risk Management LOCATION: Maury Regional Medical Center - Columbia, TN SHIFT: Full Time. JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant - Chief Legal Officer (CLO) provides administrative support services to the CLO, as well as other various Management Team members who report to the CLO, including the Administrative Director of Quality & Risk Management, the Chief Compliance Officer, the Director of Internal Audit, the Director of Contract Administration and the Patient Advocate (Direct Reports). Requires strong computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside counsel, clients and vendors. Independent judgment, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload. The ability to discreetly handle confidential and sensitive information is required. Also calls for flexibility, diplomacy, and working collaboratively as a team player with a positive attitude.
