As a Software Implementation Consultant you will serve as the primary point-of-contact for our global clients throughout the implementation of our software solutions. You will provide system configuration, testing, training and troubleshooting working closely with a team of both functional and technical resources. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field

  • 1 year of experience working in a client/customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization preferred

  • 50-75% travel required.

  • 1 year of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL)

  • 1 year of experience deploying software

  • Flexible in supporting our clients and able to work flexible schedules, which could include working weekends, evenings, holidays, and rotating shift schedules based on business needs
