Genesys is looking for a talented and versatile Senior Video Creative to join our in-house creative team-someone who lives and breathes editing, motion graphics, and storytelling through post-production. This role is all about taking raw footage, animation assets, and brand guidelines and turning them into beautifully polished videos that captivate, convert, and elevate our SaaS brand. You'll work on a wide variety of video content-from product demos and promotional videos to webinars, explainer content, and social campaigns. Your focus will be on the post-production phase: editing, building motion graphics, enhancing visual storytelling, and ensuring consistency across all deliverables. You may also be remote but must be based within the US. What You'll Do Post-Production Focus * Own the video editing and motion design process across multiple projects using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition. * Build and animate motion graphics and visual effects that align with our brand and elevate the viewer experience. * Edit raw footage into compelling content, tailoring cuts for different platforms (social, web, webinar, paid ads). * Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create on-brand videos that support product launches, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives. * Ensure all video content is visually polished, cohesive, and optimized for different channels. Creative Collaboration & Strategy * Bring fresh ideas to the table and contribute to the creative direction of projects. * Partner with designers, writers, marketers, and product teams to align video storytelling with business goals. * Provide feedback to external partners or junior editors when needed, and help maintain creative quality across the board. Key Responsibilities * Own editing timelines and deliverables using project management tools like Asana. * Maintain high visual standards and ensure all videos are consistent with brand identity. * Stay on top of emerging trends in video design, animation, and storytelling. * Occasionally consult on shoot setups to ensure footage is captured with post-production in mind. What You Bring * 8+ years of professional experience in post-production, editing, and motion graphics. * A strong portfolio showcasing creative edits, motion design work, and polished video content across formats. * Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder). * Strong visual storytelling instincts with attention to pacing, composition, and brand alignment. * Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple video projects on tight timelines. * Great communication and collaboration skills-you can take feedback and run with it, or give it with clarity and care. * Experience working in SaaS, tech, or B2B marketing environments. * A strong understanding of how video supports broader marketing and brand strategies. Bonus Points For * Graphic design skills or animation experience beyond motion graphics. * Familiarity with video KPIs and performance-based content optimization. Compensation: This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities. $74,600.00 - $138,400.00Benefits:
