eVinci Manufacturing Industrial Engineer

Our eVinci Technologies business line is seeking a manufacturing engineer to support eVinci manufacturing development and commercialization activities.

This is an onsite role, located in Etna, PA

No sponsorship or relocation is offered.

Your Day to Day:



  • Support the eVinci transition from the manufacturing development phase to test reactor, and commercial manufacturing.
  • Coordinate Design for Manufacturability activities including design concept and option development, manufacturing process planning and cost estimation, for assigned components and systems.



  • Monitors operations with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiency.
  • Designs efficient production processes and workflows.
  • Ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards.
  • Reduces waste and addresses production issues.
  • Reviews production schedules, processes, and specifications.
  • Evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes.
  • Implements controls to monitor costs and minimize production issues.
  • Identifies potential locations and determines facility design.
  • Works with other departments to develop design and production standards.


  • Prepares inventory analysis and procurement purchase orders to address production needs.
  • Designs facility layout and personnel requirements in relation to production operations.


  • Helps to develop instruction manuals for production personnel.
  • Ensures that work processes are safe and addresses safety issues and concerns.
  • Generates process documentation and reports.

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:



  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial or related engineering/technical discipline
  • 3+ years experience
  • Knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards in the field or industry
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing and supply-chain management
  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Just In Time (JIT) strategizing
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Data analytics skills and experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational, planning, and documentation skills
  • Adept at using presentation software and presenting complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
  • Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plus
  • Experience using computer-aided design (CAD) platforms
  • Experience using System Applications and Products (SAP) software
  • Results oriented, enthusiastic, creative self-starter with effective verbal and written communication skills
