Warehouse Supervisors often work in busy environments where priorities can change at a moment's notice, so an ability to multitask is and delegate is essential with this role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Read and comply with all company policies, including safety, standards, and procedures. * Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates * Communicating with Project Management and customer associates to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems. * Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy. * Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained. * Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery. * Report shortages, defects, and discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager. * Order inventory or shipping materials when needed while working with purchasing and management regarding stock procurement and availability. * Assist the Warehouse Manager with controlling and monitoring inventory count by verifying inventory in system with physical counts of stock. * Will be tasked with delegated capable responsibilities when the Warehouse Manager takes leave. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Warehouse Manager. *PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of the job. Supervisory Responsibilities: *Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control. The noise level in the environment is moderate. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $39.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
