The Opportunity

As part of a high performing team that directly supports the President of our Digital Media business, this role will work closely with executives and senior leaders across the business to transform and scale strategic operations at Adobe. This role will identify critical operational issues and opportunities, "roll up their sleeves" to develop solutions and encourage action and results.

The biggest impact will come from an individual who possesses strong business and operating intuition, has outstanding project and program management skills and is an inspirational agent of change within the organization. The ideal candidate will dig into details to understand and assess business needs, identify potential gaps in strategic operations and processes, and turn problems into prioritized and well-executed programs to benefit the customer and shareholder. Your prior experience operating in global, cross-functional and collaborative environments will provide you with the foundation necessary to be successful in this dynamic, high-impact position.

What you'll do
  • Lead projects with a strategic approach, informing decisions on performance, planning, investment, and priorities.
  • Lead execution of cross-functional global initiatives that inspire alignment and develop projects that scale at a global level, inspire change, and achieve results
  • Take ambiguous, high priority problems and distill them down to executable, structured projects and lead a tiger team end to end to realize tangible business results
  • Connect business operations leaders, navigate organizational matrices, drive action, build accountability, achieve business goals efficiently
  • Find opportunities to streamline and/or establish straightforward, repeatable processes that contribute to customer value and improve efficiencies across the organization, not friction
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, recommend solutions, and collaborate with senior leaders and teams.
  • Guide our decentralized team through clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, alignment-building, standard methodologies implementation, issue resolution, and community-building.
What you'll need to succeed
  • 10+ years of proven experience in strategic operational roles
  • MBA or equivalent experience from a reputable institution; Experience in top management consulting firms, and P&L management preferred
  • Demonstrated success defining and implementing new-state strategies and programs
  • Consistent track record of delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional projects and leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving senior-level cross-functional operational planning and business reviews that are effective in managing execution to plans
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to build structure and execution plans where there were none while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership experience in business strategy, operations, and leading change at scale
  • Proven strong EQ, positive energy, and organization savviness
  • Ability to influence C-level decision-making
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $142,700 -- $276,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
