Essential Job Functions:

* Load and unload metal material into machine bed

* Position, align, and secure material against fixtures or stops

* Evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection

* Ensure proper tagging of finished parts for correct routing and counts

* Keep accurate part and scrap counts, record on data collection system at end of job or shift

* Follow safety rules and ISO requirements

* Maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:

* We supply highly cosmetic parts to large OEMs so our operators must evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection while working to meet efficiency expectations.

* This job is very physical and requires lifting, bending and reaching and the ability to continually lift parts that range in weight from 5 to more than 35 lbs

* Must have strong attention to detail

* Must maintain a good attendance record, practice safe work habits and follow safety rules and ISO requirements.

* Previous experience running a 5-Axis Laser and/or stamping presses is preferred.

* Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.

* Reliable transportation is required
