Your future starts here. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: CPKC's Engineering Operations department, the Signals & Communications unit comprising of Construction and Maintenance. Signalman and Signal Maintainers are key in performing FRA regulatory tests and inspections on signal systems. Their responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment like signals, lights, switch machines, and more. Roles typically involve a Monday to Friday schedule with potential on-call duties. Depending on experience, individuals may hold positions from Assistant Signalman to Signalman or Qualified Signal Maintainer. CPKC operates round the clock, year-round, ensuring seamless railway operations in the Engineering Operations domain. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Medical and Drug Testing This is a safety sensitive position and a successful pre-employment medical assessment including physical, vision, hearing, and a negative company or regulated drug test is required.
