- Conduct client consultations to discuss skincare concerns and goals
- Evaluate clients' skin conditions and devise treatment plans
- Analyze the client's skin condition and discuss the best skincare treatment
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
- Understand risks and benefits of facials and chemical peels
- Determine skin regimen tailored to each client's skin needs
- Advise clients on how to take care of their skin and recommend appropriate skincare products
- Recommend skincare products and provide clients with skincare education
- Provide education for skin health
- Maintain accurate client records and provide follow-up care as needed
- Maintain treatment records of clients
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a clean and sanitized work area
- Maintain a clean and sterile treatment room
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and techniques
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, treatments, and products
- Train and mentor other estheticians in the practice
- Manage appointments and process payments for services
- Participate in marketing including screenings and events
- Possess knowledge about all aspects of services, post-treatment care recommendations, and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information

Pay Range $21.27 - $36.00
Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
