Our team has an excellent track record of success with an experienced and creative group of people that work well together while underwriting various lines of coverage for large accounts representing numerous industries. Role Description: Are you a strategic underwriting professional with a passion for relationship-building and large account management? As a Senior Regional Underwriting Manager in our Large Casualty group, you'll lead the underwriting and servicing of large deductible, multi-line accounts within your assigned territory. You'll drive revenue growth and profitability by creating compelling business cases for brokers, analyzing risk and pricing strategies, and evaluating coverage structure. Your collaboration with internal departments-Actuarial, Claims, Legal, and Risk Services-will be key to delivering best-in-class service. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the face of Safety National in the marketplace, managing key producer and client relationships, developing a robust pipeline of opportunities, and achieving critical metrics. This is an individual contributor position and does not have people management responsibilities. With an emphasis on innovation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration, this role offers a dynamic environment for seasoned underwriters ready to take the lead on high-impact accounts.
