Continue your journey as Quality Manager at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will oversee all quality functions related to direct reports, as well as maintaining quality standards, quality planning, reporting, procedure development, A, B & C testing, First Article Sample reporting, Quality Engineering, Metrology, Internal Auditing, Corrective Action Systems, Incoming Quality, and collaborating with Supply Chain on supplier quality improvement. Our Quality team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.



Are You Looking to


  • Develop and maintain quality objectives and key metrics to maximize product performance, reliability and minimize the cost of quality.
  • Participate with Management in the establishment of comprehensive quality objectives that are aligned with customer and business objectives.
  • Execute the objectives through plant Quality organizations and coordinate objectives in collaboration with the manufacturing plant and suppliers.



Are You Ready to


  • Ensure compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
  • Work with Management to further develop, optimize, and improve processes in support of AS9100, ISO 9001, and MIL-STD-790 Quality Management Standards as applicable.
  • Execute periodic Gap Analyses between established goals and objectives in terms of Quality system performance, organizational capability and rapidly develop and execute plans to close critical organization and quality system gaps.

What You will Need


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (i.e. EE, ME, IE, BS, etc.) and/or demonstrated equivalent education and skills/experience.
  • Seven or more years of direct manufacturing background, five years of growth within the Quality function including supervisory experience.
  • Must have working knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems, Quality function management, Electronic Resource Planning, Product Realization systems, problem solving methodologies, continuous improvement philosophies, and Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing practices.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
