Summary

Chobani is seeking an experienced People Project & Program Manager to lead the development and execution of People projects and programs that support business goals and enhance the employee experience. This individual will be responsible for building a comprehensive project management methodology, along with processes, tools, and templates tailored to People needs. This role is critical in driving efficiency, consistency, and measurable success across People Services & Support initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve project and program management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain project tools, templates, and documentation standards along with a centralized document/records retention
  • Partner with leaders, business managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables and successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee programs end-to-end, ensuring they remain current, efficient, and aligned with employee and business needs.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all relevant programs and processes.
  • Define and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance and effectiveness of processes and programs.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and closure, applying strong project management practices.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and communications for a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Travel to other Chobani locations to support project rollouts, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles with increasing responsibility.
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within People/HR or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing People/HR programs and initiatives.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in building SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging various audiences effectively.
  • Industry-recognized project management certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM, etc.)
  • Proficient with project management software and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
  • Willingness and ability to travel to various Chobani locations as required.

Compensation Range:$96,000.00-$143,000.00, plus bonus.
