Ameresco is seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Coordinator to join our Federal Team in Knoxville, TN.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to project using project management software.

  • Oversee project documents and submittals from server/Govt. software to Procore.

  • Ensure RFIs are tracked from server/Govt. software to Procore.

  • Maintain drawings from server to Procore.

  • Work with engineering team to upload documents to Procore.

  • Update and managing bidding documents in Procore.

  • Audit server files and clean up most recent file updates.

  • Manage and distribute meeting agendas and minutes using Procore.

  • Managing Federal jobsite badging.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Prior experience working as a construction project coordinator or administrative assistant.

  • Administrative and data entry support experience.

  • Ability to review confidential US security information.

  • Ability to pass a Federal background check to work on military bases.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, telephone, interpersonal, and computer communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines.

  • Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CMMS.

  • Familiarity with Procore and/or other project management software is desirable.

  • USACE project experience & QC/QA certification desired.
