Summary As part of this commitment, the Center for Student Involvement is seeking a collaborative, student-centered professional to fill the role of Coordinator for Student Involvement. This position will serve as the primary advisor for programs and services associated with the Involvement Ambassadors. These services include, but are not limited to, one-on-one involvement consultations, co-curricular mapping, involvement presentations, and campus outreach efforts. This position is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising approximately 18 student employees. Additionally, this role supports the integration of leadership development and high-impact learning within involvement programming. The Coordinator will help foster a student-centered environment that promotes learning, leadership, sense of belonging, and engagement with the broader Mizzou community. This full-time professional staff position will report directly to the Assistant Director of Leadership Programs. Essential Functions The position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Shift
8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday (40 hours per week) This position may require evening and weekend hours supporting activities and programs within the department. Occasionally division and campus projects may require additional hours outside of your normal schedule. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
Range: $18.50/hour - $22.25/hour Application Materials
