Salesforce is looking for a highly effective team member to support our Success Plan Sales organization. This role is address the immediate execution needs of the business, while also driving improvements and building tools that allow our business & systems to scale, optimize revenue, and improve the customer experience. The Success Plan Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for all aspects of a program from inception to partner management, regular program performance reviews, organizational change and review of program success. The role will require business analysis work as well as the ability to partner and collaborate with team members throughout Salesforce.

Programs will range from the very strategic to the very operational: using data to evaluate business scenarios and business planning, efficiency initiatives, and process design. Expectations range from program proposals, execution, enablement plans, performance analysis, process documentation, and reporting and dashboards. You will be asked to perform reporting, ask questions and answer them using Insights from what you find in the data.

The ideal candidate is motivated, curious, detail oriented, and with a get-it-done attitude. They will have 2-4 years of business operations experience, process development and reporting skills are a must. The Success Sales Analyst must excel at problem-solving, feel comfortable diving into data and be able to develop recommendations based on partner feedback to address business issues. Knowledge of Salesforce products desired or experience with comparable enterprise business technology tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute multiple complex and strategic projects and programs

  • Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to improve operational efficiency

  • Leverage data and insights to define and support Success Plan Sales process modifications and improvements and enable optimal business recommendations

  • Partner closely with systems and IT organizations within Salesforce to execute technical aspects of projects or develop new tools to support our people and process

  • Partner with enablement teams and field to ensure proper training and change management for all program activities

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years of analytical experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, or related fields

  • Proven success in process improvement, business operations, business metrics, business systems, and relationships between organizations within a large enterprise

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • Outstanding problem solving skills: consistent track record to ask questions, structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions and recommendations

  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, synthesize information, and develop solutions

  • Strong communication skills to translate complex info into easily digestible insights

  • Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively

  • Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use
