Key Responsibilities:

The SAP Business Analyst - Basis & Security Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Partner with Application Management Services (AMS) teams and SAP HEC.RISE and lead continuous improvement and application maintenance activities.
• Oversell and execute SAP installations, troubleshooting, upgrades, system copies, client copies, SAP performance tuning, applying patches, backups, and restores.
• Develops and maintains third party interfaces and connections, including Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing systems
• Supports plants systems, scanner, printers, and other interfaces with SAP.
• Manages SAP security for development, Quality assurance, sandbox, training, and production systems.
• Ensures Compliance and Segregation-of-Duties (SOD) are in place when access is assigned.
• Designs and implements an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
• Maintains SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies.
• Monitors all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.).
• Administer the SAP database with Database Administrator (plan and perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance, design and maintain physical database layout, perform database reorganizations, design and implement backup and restore strategy, maintain database security, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution, etc.),
• Acquire knowledge of Trident's Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions.
• Notify designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings.

• The following skills will be utilized in this position: SAP ECC, SAP Netweaver, Solution Manager, SAP GRC, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, Cloud ALM, SAC, IBP, CI-DS, DB2, MS SQL. MS Azure, GCP, SAP SaaS, and SUM DMO

Up to 20% domestic travel.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign) in Computer Science, or Electrical or Electronics Engineering or closely related

Experience: 5 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant or Administrator

Special skills and requirements: Must have experience with the following: SAP S4/HANA; SAP HANA Database; SAP ECC; Solution Manager; SAP GRC; SAP Fiori; SAP BTP; Cloud ALM; and MS Azure.
