About This Team:

HRIS Team's job is to manage, maintain, and improve Human Resources Information System Workday implementation at Cloud Software Group.We are responsible for data integrity, and system enhancements to support HR and business needs.

Job Description/Responsibilities:


  • Strong working knowledge of HR system Workday.
  • Responsible for improving upon existing HR business processes in Workday systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation.
  • Automate HR process in Workday.
  • Manage implementation and configuration of HR AI modules
  • Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of Workday processes to enhance HRIS system performance.
  • Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.
  • Define, configure Workday security to create role based responsibility and provide data access.
  • Perform Workday administration tasks and support Workday upgrades
  • Communicates with HR functional leads to get the requirements and engage them in implementing solutions.
  • Requires ability to influence others outside of HRIS team.
  • Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Prism, Advance compensation, Payroll, Calc fields maintenance, reporting
  • Experience with project managing a experienced and highly technical workday professionals.
  • Current role is an Individual contributor position

Required Experience/Skills:


  • Requires broad management knowledge to lead project teams in one department.
  • Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
  • Manage large or highly technical teams of both individual contributors and managers.
  • Focus on execution of operational goals.
  • May have budget responsibility.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

All other locations fall under our General State range: $163,772-$245,658
